EjectorSeat are once again turning the park into a Gallery! Using the trees, ground other unusual places to expose art! Are you an artist, musician, photographer, illustrator, or filmmaker in the Southampton area? Do you want to show your work to a larger audience? Then get in touch with the local arts promoters who will transform the area around the Band Stand for Southampton's people to showcase their arts festival and bring together as many facets of the City’s vibrant art culture as possible. A year’s worth of workshops and cooperation has developed the Festival from its humble origins into a longer, larger, and more multi-faceted event.

The event will include local bands on the bandstand collaborating with choirs and orchestras, a film tent curated by City Eye, and The Arts Market showing off many elements of local culture. The chance for visitors to get involved is seen as essential, where they can create their own art, participate in workshops or simply take away a unique piece of art for free. Discussion panels will be giving advice on how to start out in the music industry. Southampton’s active Art House Café will be selling food & refreshments for all to enjoy on the day.
Budding film makers are encouraged to enter a competition to produce a short film inspired by the bands music, the winning entries will then be shown in the Cinema Tent. If you would like to get involved please send an email to info@ejectorseat.co.uk
