M3 Southbound, at the junction with the M27
follow signs to Bournemouth and The West.
From M27: Leave at junction 2 and follow
signs for Fawley A35, continue straight across
4 roundabouts, after the 4th roundabout, take
the right lane in slip road signposted Lyndhurst
A35, follow A35 through Lyndhurst then follow
A337 signposted Lymington/Brockenhurst.

Careys Manor is the ideal place for
conferences, meetings and team building
events. Meeting facilities include the Manor
Suite and the entirely purpose built Cedar
Suite. Both rooms are extremely versatile with
soundproofed partitions, they are on ground
floor level with good ceiling height and natural
daylight. Syndicate rooms are also available.
Careys Manor can accommodate up to 110
delegates theatre style. The Hotel offers
residential and day packages, also available
are special corporate add-ons such as use of
the luxurious spa facilities. Windweaver is
the hotel’s 84ft luxury yacht which is also
