The main conference room is the restaurant
which seats 120. Large main bar open plan to the
restaurant – if combined with the restaurant we can
offer 200 covers.
Atmospheric Piano Bar for up to 180.
Booth seating and soft seating for 50.
Private Dining room off the main restaurant for 12
maximum covers – either dining or meeting.

From M3:
Follow A33 into Southampton City – following
signs for Docks and West Quay Shopping Mall.
Dockgate 4 Bar & Grill is situated on Terminus
Terrace, between Oxford Street and Ocean Village.
From M27:
Take M271 and turn left at its end and follow
signs for West Quay Mall. Passing the Mall on
your left follow signs for Ocean Village. You will
pass Dockgate 4 on your left at the end of Queens
Terrace and the junction of Terminus Terrace.
We have 20 spaces in our private car park.
No cost but a permit is required from the
restaurant reception.

We are situated in the former
Ballroom of the South Western
Hotel, situated between the eateries
of Oxford Street & Ocean Village.
Once a hotel, it played host to
Royalty & film stars in the nineteen
twenties, including the passengers
and crew of Titanic.
It is now a large award-winning
restaurant with two bars, one of
which is a contemporary Piano Bar.
The food is modern European in
style with an emphasis on using
quality, locally produced ingredients.
We believe that it is important
to match good food with good
wine and to this end we have a
substantial but straight forward
wine list for all tastes and budgets.
