Southampton Memory Walk is taking place on Sunday 8th September, starting and finishing at Southampton Common, with two route options available; 3km or 7.5km.

Take in the views of Southampton Common while taking part in the shorter 3.5km walk for a gentle stroll around the common.
The longer 7km walk is two loops of the short route along tarmac paths, accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Memory Walk is Alzheimer’s Society’s flagship fundraising event, where thousands of walkers unite against dementia at sponsored walks across England, Wales & Northern Ireland.
The money raised at Memory Walk helps to fund our universal and local services, as well as our research and campaigning work.

In Southampton Common last year 1,500 strollers, hikers and power walkers walked to defeat dementia. Don’t miss out this autumn.
