GHT is Southampton’s newest hire space, and a unique venue in one of the city’s most important historic monuments. The iconic building can be hired exclusively for corporate events, parties, launches and meetings, or on a room-by-room basis.
The Crawford Room
This stunning 15th century room with its medieval hammer beamed ceiling is available every day to hire. The Crawford Room is perfect for business meetings, study days, small conferences, workshops, launches and seminars. Catering for your private dining requirements for groups of up to 20 people is available.
The GHT rooftop has unrivalled views across modern-day Southampton Water, over the Port of Southampton, and some of the most historic sights in the city. You and your guests can enjoy exclusive use of this historic rooftop while luxury liners sit majestically just yards away. Perfect for cocktail parties, private events and as a fascinating talking point.
The Cafe / Bar / Performance Space
The ground floor bar can be hired with its unique blend of historic and modern architectural design for a private event. The space comes fully equipped with hot and cold drinks facilities, and catering can be supplied on request.
The Contemporary Gallery and The Collections Gallery
The Contemporary Gallery is a light and airy room which is perfect for drinks receptions, corporate events and product launches. It is available for exclusive hire for evening events or special occasions, when not in use as a gallery space.
The Collections Gallery is an intimate room and is fully accessible via a lift or stairs. It can host 10 people around a table, or 20 in rows.
